When you redeem Bones, AppDog immediately notifies Facebook to credit your account. In general, Facebook deposits the Credits into your account without delay. However, some users have reported occasional delays of up to an hour. If the transaction is successful, Facebook provides us with a unique transaction ID for the reward.

If more than an hour passes, and you still don't see the Credits in your Facebook account, please click the "Questions or Comments?" button at the bottom of main AppDog mobile page.

This will launch an email to us prefilled with details that will help us investigate the problem. Let us know how many Credits you are missing and the approximate time you redeemed your Bones.
