When you get a new device, you need to clear your AppDog settings and complete the registration process again.
Let's say you have been using AppDog with your iPhone 3GS, and you just got a new iPhone 4S. You transfer your 3GS apps and settings to your new iPhone via iTunes. When you go to AppDog from your iPhone 4S, you have trouble: you aren't getting Bones anymore for completing offers.
Navigate to the bottom of the main AppDog screen on your device and click the link labeled "Reset AppDog." Doing so will clear AppDog settings stored by your browser. After resetting, you will need to re-register if you are on an Apple device or re-open the AppDog app if you are on Android.
